PUNE, INDIA, November 13, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ —

Industrial Vehicle Market 2017

Industrial vehicles are vehicles that are used for different industrial purposes, such as loading, lifting, and movement of loads. For medium-distance movement of loads, powered vehicles such as lift trucks are used where the load is batched in parts in either a container or a pallet. In case of short-distance transport, manual or semi-powered carts are used. These vehicles are only capable of moving one load at a time from one place to another. However, there are multiple load transporters that can move more than one load at a time, from one or more sources to the preferred destination. The operation of multiple load transporters is extremely difficult as they a pre-defined set of rules, such as the retrieval of additional loads and the delivery of loads at a specific time, already on board.

The analysts forecast the global industrial vehicle market to grow at a CAGR of 3.13% during the period 2017-2021.

Enterprise Holdings fraud victim reminds all citizens to exercise diligence before driving away in a rented vehicle as ‘season’ ramps up in the state of Florida

Know that the legislative goals that I shared with Senator Marco Rubio’s office remain a priority for me”

— Credit Czar and child identity guardian David Howe

MIAMI, FL, USA, November 11, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ — SubscriberWise (www.subscriberwise.com), the nation’s largest issuing CRA for the communications industry and the leading protector of children victimized by identity fraud, announced today a plea from company founder and USA Credit Czar David Howe to all humanity traveling to the state of Florida. The plea involves a warning to thoroughly inspect and document every instance – no matter how minor or insignificant – of pre-existing damage to an automobile rental before operating the vehicle and leaving the rental property.

The plea is also indicated for our sisters and brothers from around the world who may be especially vulnerable to the ‘ding and dent’ scam that is perpetrated with ease and frequency in the United States of America because of the lack of predictable and uniform industry standards.

The credit magnate and national child guardian is making this plea one year after suffering his own criminal victimization at the Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers, Florida. The advice and warning is issued at the same time many seasonal residents and visitors travel to the subtropical paradise. The information, however, is not intended or indicated only for residents and visitors to the Sunshine State; this advice should be a standard protocol for every individual everywhere who rents a vehicle.

Alcidae Inc Introduces Garage Door Visual Controller as Entry Point into Smart Home Segment

Alcidae Inc introduced today its flagship product Garager in the U.S market. It is now selling for $129 on Amazon, Newegg and Walmart.com.

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, UNITED STATES, November 10, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ — The smart home category has a market value estimation of $14.6 billion in the year 2017 according to Statista. Home automation and security products represent 50% of the overall market. That consumer demand has guided smart home solution provider Alcidae to allocate most of its research and development resources into developing security related smart home products such as garage door controllers, Wi-Fi cameras and video doorbells. Alcidae’s goal is to develop solutions to better serve the public needs. Garager is the first of many to come.

“The Garager is a visual controller for garage openers that allow users to live monitor the garage, open and close garage door remotely and receive real time notifications whenever sound or motion is detected.” said William Chen, the VP of Emerging Technologies of Alcidae Inc. The product concept emerged when one of our team members got his house broken-in through the garage door access while he was on a long vacation. Since the garage door was his main home entrance, he wondered "Why isn't there a way to ensure the safety of my house through monitoring and remote accessing the garage?"

Since then the team put in countless hours of hard work to develop something that is nowhere seen before in the marketplace. “We would love to share this precious piece of work with our you!” said William. Some of Garager’s premium features include:

Feel Always Protected with Live Monitoring and Remote Control
With live video streaming capability, simply enjoy the satisfaction of constantly knowing whats going on in your garage, total transparency! Moreover, since Garager is connected with your garage door opener, you could easily remote control it through the Garager App.

Never Miss Anything with Cloud Storage and Video Playback
With a minimal monthly subscription fee, all your video footage will be securely stored by Alcidae. View playbacks of videos up to 7 days.

Stay Alert 24/7 with Real Time Detection and Notification
Garager has the ability to detect unexpected sound or motion. With the sensitivity level set, you could track motions as small as items dropping from shelves to as big as intruders entering the garage. Receive real time notification through the App allowing you to stay alert 24/7.

Alcidae Inc is a SF based startup initiated in the year 2016 by a group of youngsters. It focuses primary on smart home product manufacturing and ecosystem design with plans to launch two more Wi-Fi cameras, one more doorbell in the coming year and a thermostat in the year 2019.

Long Island Used Cars, The Best Place for Used Cars on Long Island

Small digital ad agency announces acquisition and launch of regional shopping portals to cement digital footprint in surrounding Tri State area.

supported with great web sites, fantastic .com naming rights, and a print magazine.”

— John Colascione

STAMFORD, CONNECTICUT , USA, November 10, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ — CONNECTICUT – Today, Long Island Media Inc., with its new subsidiary Cars Digital Inc., has announced the acquisition, development and launch of https://www.ConnecticutUsedCars.com, a localized vehicle shopping portal which will build a foundation for the company in its neighboring state, Connecticut.

The company owns and operates Long Island and NYC related automotive sites such as its flagship http://www.LongIslandUsedCars.com, with sister-services https://www.QueensUsedCars.com, https://www.BrooklynUsedCars.com, https://www.WestchesterUsedCars.com and other regional platforms, all of which share and syndicate inventory locally, helping used car dealers connect with used car shoppers.

“Today we’re announcing the acquisition and launch of https://www.ConnecticutUsedCars.com to further cement our digital footprint in our surrounding Tri State area. Long Island Used Cars has been a tremendous success for us here on Long Island and is supported with great web sites, fantastic .com naming rights, and a print magazine. Our small but aggressive and strategic minded company intends to duplicate our regional success and begin to enter markets where we can dominate local listing placements in areas which are considered just outside our backdoor” said company CEO John Colascione.

Colascione revealed that its programs success is based not only on the digital services themselves, but the syndication and collaboration of third party data integrations through other major vehicle inventory search services and existing mobile apps including the highly popular San Francisco, CA based https://www.AutoList.com.

Additionally, in October of this year, CDK Global, an automotive industry information technology company with more than $2 billion in revenues, announced the addition of 350 new partners, one of which is Long Island Media Inc., for its application, https://www.LIUsedCars.com. Such data import and export exchanges alongside its own on-boarding processes including participating dealer accounts make it possible for the service to acquire near limitless data to serve consumers.

“Our data partnerships including imports, exports, and security protocols, all built and developed in-house, are second to none. These internal, advanced software and programming technologies – which are owned by Long Island Media Inc. and not leased, allow us to compete in markets that are for the most part, either untapped or dominated by multi-million and even multi-billion dollar companies such as DealerTrack and COX Automotive” said Colascione. “Simply put, small companies such as ours having the ability to build and maintain such sophisticated systems is extremely rare.” Colascione added.

About Long Island Media
Long Island Media Inc. owns and operates the largest privately held network of Long Island based web sites on the Internet. Collectively reaching over one million (1,000,000) people per month; its network provides a tremendous opportunity to influence consumers. On average, articles, stories and content reach in access of one hundred thousand (100,000) people per week on social media pages alone. 23 Must Know Facts When Filing in New Jersey For Workers' Compensation

GoldBerg & Wolf "The Gold Standard Of Law

GoldBerg & Wolf “The Gold Standard Of Law

Work Injury Lawyers in Cherry Hill NJ

Have you been injured on the job? While it can be a scary time, these 23 workers' comp facts can make this time less stressful for you!

Insurance companies are tough. While your employers may be great people their insurance company may not be. We can help!”

— Jordan Goldberg, Partner

CHERRY HILL, NEW JERSEY, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, November 10, 2017 /EINPresswire.com/ — Workers' Compensation laws can vary from state to state. The Law firm of Goldberg Wolf provides the highest quality representation to injured workers in New Jersey. The following 23 facts are listed to provide information that an injured worker or his family may need to know when looking for information or help about a work injury.

FACT: An employer must provide medical treatment related to the accident that will provide a “cure.”

FACT: The injured worker must use a physician that is approved by the employer for treatment.

FACT: The employer is obligated to pay ALL of the medical bills, which includes co-pays, prescriptions, physical
therapy, medical devices, and deductibles.

FACT: If physical therapy fails, the worker may be referred to a specialist.

FACT: Temporary benefits will end when the physician declares the worker’s condition has achieved “maximum medical improvement,” the worker has returned to work or the worker has reached the statutory 400 weeks.

FACT: The New Jersey Worker’s Compensation Law provides medical benefits, temporary disability benefits, permanent partial benefits, permanent total benefits, and death benefits.

FACT: There are some circumstances where extended treatment is warranted. The worker must contact a worker’s compensation lawyer to see if he or she is eligible.

FACT: The labor law in New Jersey states that the worker is entitled to 70% of the worker’s gross weekly wage. The worker cannot receive more than $896 per week and less than $239 per week.

FACT: The worker must be under the care of an approved physician and unable to work for at least seven days to be eligible for wage replacement.

FACT: On the eighth day the worker is out of work, he or she is eligible for worker’s compensation benefits. Please note: The worker can be out of work for a total of seven days, and the days do not have to be consecutive.

FACT: The worker will receive benefits if the physician declares the worker is unable to work or can work in a limited capacity (light duty).

FACT: If the employer can provide light duty work, the worker must return to work and perform the job duties.

FACT: If the worker is left with a permanent disability and cannot perform his or her old job duties, the worker may have rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act or the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination.

FACT: The employer is not obligated to create a new position for the worker if he or she cannot return to his or her old position due to the injury.

FACT: A worker will receive worker’s compensation benefits regardless of who is at fault.

FACT: It is against the law for an employer to discriminate against an employee who has filed a worker’s compensation claim or the employee who testifies in a worker’s compensation case.

FACT: If the worker’s compensation claim is disputed, the worker may file a formal claim petition or an application for an informal hearing with the Division of Worker’s Compensation.

FACT: By law, New Jersey employers not covered by federal programs must have worker’s compensation insurance or be approved for self-insurance.

FACT: Partial permanent disability benefits are based on the percentage of certain “scheduled” and “non-scheduled” losses. For example, a “scheduled” loss involves arms, fingers, legs, feet, eyes, ears or teeth. A “non-scheduled” loss involves any area or system of the body not identified in the schedule (i.e. the lungs and heart).

FACT: If the worker is permanently disabled and cannot be gainfully employed, the worker may receive permanent total benefits for a period of 450 weeks. These benefits can extend beyond 450 weeks provided the worker is able to prove he or she cannot work anymore. A permanent total disability is when the worker has lost two major members of his or her body (i.e. hands or legs). It can also mean that a combination of injuries has rendered the worker unemployable.

FACT: An employer or its insurance company is responsible to pay up to $3,500 in funeral expenses for the worker who was killed from a work-related injury.

FACT: An employer must provide medical treatment related to the accident that will provide a “cure.”

FACT: The injured worker must use a physician that is approved by the employer for treatment.
